No third-party advertising
TexMex Cafe does not run third-party advertisements on texmexcafe.us. There are no display ads, no ad networks, no sponsored posts, and no paid placements anywhere on this website. We also do not sell, rent, or share visitor data with advertisers, because we do not collect visitor data for that purpose in the first place. When you browse this site, the only thing we are trying to do is tell you about our kitchen.
How we present our own services
The only promotion on this website is our own, and we hold it to a simple standard: say what is true. In practice that means:
- Honest descriptions. Our dishes, hours, and services are described as they really are. The photographs on this site are of food and rooms like the ones you will find here.
- No pressure tactics. We do not use countdown timers, false scarcity claims, or aggressive sales language. If you would like to visit, order takeout, or discuss catering, you are welcome to reach out whenever it suits you.
- No deceptive pricing. We do not publish prices on this website because our menu changes with the seasons and with what is fresh. For current details, call the cafe or ask when you visit, and we will be glad to walk you through it.
- Clear labeling. If we ever publish content that is sponsored or produced in partnership with another organization, we will label it clearly. At present, no such content exists.

This website links only to a small number of services we rely on, such as embedded maps and font services, and to our own pages. We are not responsible for the content, claims, or practices of external websites. If you follow a link away from texmexcafe.us, we encourage you to review that site's own policies.
Outreach and partnerships
From time to time we may be contacted by organizations proposing advertising, sponsorships, or link exchanges. We decline offers that would place third-party advertising on this site or require access to visitor data. Local community organizations that would like to collaborate on events or catering are always welcome to get in touch; such partnerships are governed by our normal service arrangements, not by advertising.

Because we do not run advertising programs, most of those obligations are straightforward for us to meet.
